2012 Cake Poker World Series of Poker Qualifiers

Cake Poker is making it possible for many players to win a seat in Vegas for the World Series of Poker. Cake is offering main event qualifiers with many ways to satellite in starting at just $5.50. Cake is also making it possible for you to win your way into the $1500 buy-in event 54 with two cash qualifiers running every week and one gold card lottery qualifier every day.

2012 Cake Poker Main Event Qualifiers

Every Sunday at 4pm EST Cake Poker is holding a WSOP Main Event qualifier. The buy-in for the event is $450 + 30 and one main event prize package is awarded for every $13,000 in the prize pool. The $13,000 prize includes both the $10K entry into the tournament, plus $3,000 in travel expenses. There are many ways to satellite into the main event qualifier tournaments including cash tournament satellites, sit and go satellites and gold chip tournament satellites.

There are $20 + $2 and $5 + $0.50 cash tournament satellites that you can participate in any day of the week, as well as a $70 buy-in satellite that takes place three hours before the actual qualifier tournament at 1pm EST on Sundays. The sit and go satellites are in a sit and go step format with 3 steps leading you to the qualifier tournament. The sit and go's are each 9-man sit and go's where the top 2 finishers advance to the next step, the third place finisher repeats the same step and the fourth through ninth place finishers move down a step. The buy-ins for the step tournaments are $7.50, $30 and $110. The gold chips satellites are available daily. There is a 10 gold chip rebuy satellite where the top 5 finishers advance to the WSOP qualifier, as well as a 2 gold chip rebuy satellite where the top 6 finishers advance to the weekly qualifier. As you can see there are many ways to satellite into the Cake Poker main event qualifier.

Cake Poker Event 54

Qualifiers Every Saturday at 5pm and every Wednesday at 9:30pm Cake Poker is holding $20 + $2 rebuy qualifiers to World Series of Poker event 54. Event 54 is the $1,500 tournament that is sure to have a massive player field. Each player who wins the prize package from Cake Poker to World Series of Poker event 54 wins the $1500 seat plus $1000 for travel expenses.
