This might help:

http://www.chillin411.com/node/7

Basically you need to calculate the chances for each possible case, and then calculate your pokerstove equity for each case based on their calling range vs your shove. In this case:

1) SB + BB fold (you win t75 100% of the time)
2) SB folds, BB calls, you win t2000 x% of the time
3) SB folds, BB calls, you go busto y% of the time
4) SB folds, BB calls, you tie (win t37) z% of the time
5) rinse/repeat for every case, including both blinds calling

Basically, huge pain to do by hand, but possible.

Well to get $ equity you need some further calculations that I didn't consider in the above post. Furthermore you need to weight each of those cases depending on their calling frequency (ie, for argument's sake if they both fold 100% of the time, then it doesn't matter if you're crushed whenever they call because they never call). If you google for ICM calculations you should be able to find what you are looking for. It is generally too much to do by hand, that's why there's calculators for it. In my quick google search I found some free online calculators that you can use, nothing as fancy as sngpt or sngwiz though.
