Reads: BTN caller is calling/raising pretty light, and has called raises in the past with the intention (in my opinion) just to make the big bluff on the flop or turn. Here, I have a good stack, with the only person I'm really worried about being the UTG short stack. I didn't feel the BTN had a strong enough hand to call all his chips with, especially on the bubble.
Full Tilt Poker, $5 + $0.50 NL Hold'em Sit n' Go, 60/120 Blinds, 4 Players LeggoPoker.com Hand History Converter Hero (BB): 4,070 UTG: 1,480 BTN: 3,645 SB: 4,305 Pre-Flop: (180) :Qh: :Ac: dealt to Hero (BB) UTG raises to 300, BTN calls 300, SB folds, Hero? Is this an auto-shove vs the BTN's calling range?

Looks like a shove with your read I think. I'm happy to get it in vs UTG, and we're far ahead of BTN's range, so I'm happy to ship it arrrrr in.

Yeah, this is an easy shove with AQ. It becomes a little more questionable lower down the hands. If BTN really is calling light you don't like that much so perhaps won't be a big a push range as it could be.

Villain called with pocket fives. I flopped top pair and he flopped a set.

Shove seems fine especially since we have the flat caller out chipped.

Just curious here... Now that we know the outcome, would anybody not have shoved? It's basically a coin flip here, right. 4 handed I think most pairs are going to call, right? Just trying to sponge some knowledge here.
I agree with all, that it was an Insta-Shove 4 handed, but in other circumstances as well, is that a call that we want?
