Poker Stars, $4 + $0.40 NL Hold'em Tournament, 50/100 Blinds, 7 Players

SB: 1,357
Hero (BB): 2,170
UTG: 3,680
UTG+1: 2,870
MP: 3,365
CO: 912

Pre-Flop: (150) dealt to Hero (BB)
6 folds, SB raises to 200, Hero raises to 600, SB calls 400

Flop: (1,200) (2 Players)
SB bets 500, Hero raises to 757, SB calls 257 and is All-In

Yeah, just ship it preflop.

If you're beat postflop, so be it. The call by Villain preflop pretty much pot commits him, so if Villain is pulling a stop and go on you, many times you are ahead on the flop.

I think I would make him put it all-in pre-flop. Blind vs blind.

As played is fine too probably, but I'm not an MTT expert.

The douche flopped a set of 5s and made quads on the river. I'm really undecided on this one still. I kinda think villain calls pf as well?

I'd push pre after his raise, but as played it is fine too.

With pockets 5s he probably does, but that's what you want, it just doesn't all ways work out. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

PF is fine. You can just push but a 400 raise is good too. On the flop you're screwed either way. Too much in the pot already to be just chuckin' overpairs
