Curious how different everyone here would have played this. Prettty scary board for Queens. Is this a chaser working in reverse with tiny bets for cheap cards?

I'd just make is 60 PF unless 80 is your standard for lvl 1. Raise the flop bet. Treat min-bet as a check on every street.

So, If I'm reading you correctly I played it right (except a little too much preflop)?

And no, 3x is my standard for most levels actually. I've seen a lot of 3x and 4x calls, so I was trying to pad the pot a little expecting someone to call. It's just that when the king came on the flop, I lost my nerve to C-bet. His min-bet confused me. Weak means strong, right?

Nah, the 4x raise is fine.

A bigger pot preflop is fine with a big pair.

As played raise all in on every street.

Just kidding, I'm okay with it.

The raise is fine. Treating the minbet as a check is not bad, therefore I'd raise the flop to 120, and play from there.

If your standard is 3x, then ignore the others and stick to 3x for every raise. If it is 4x then do that. Just don't vary it for big pairs. Don't vary your raise based on information other people don't already have. You can vary it based on blind level, position and who is left to act. But NOT YOUR HOLE CARDS.

Anyway, I still raise flop.

Oh, yeah I guess I should have clarified. I like the 4x raise only because it is level 1. Levels 1&2 I'd raise 4x with anything I'd raise with normally. Levels 3 and up I'd generally raise 3x at these stakes, but when you get into like level 5 or 6 it's sometimes better to make it 2.5x.

Thanks for reminding me of what I thought I learned a while ago.
I do tend to vary my raise by what I want theother people to do, and that's wrong. I have to stop that.
