Default Continuation bet or not? (example hand)...

Poker Stars, $0.25 NL Hold'em Tournament, 10/20 Blinds, 4 Players
LeggoPoker.com[/url:2uo7zm16] - Hand History Converter[/url:2uo7zm16]

Hero (UTG): 1,240
BTN: 1,470
SB: 1,740
BB: 3,210

Pre-Flop: (30) Q :club: A :club: dealt to Hero (UTG)
Observer folds, BB calls 20, [color:red]Hero raises to 80, 2 folds, SB calls 70, Observer folds, BB calls 60

Flop: (260) 9 :spade: 6 :diamond: 7 :club: (3 Players - 1 is All-In)
[color:red]SB bets 20, BB calls 20, Hero ???

Here is an example-hand of my question from the General Poker thread on continuation bet, or not. Even though I didn't hit the flop except for the runner runner flush draw (wahooo), do you c-bet here? This is very early in the tourney and BB has been playing aggressive but hasn't shown many (if any) hands despite his chiplead.

Keep in mind, although not intentional, I probably have a loose reputation playing a couple of shitty hands earlier. (stupid!)

wait, is this a full table? Action is all messed up.

Also you're using the wrong converter. Don't use 2p2. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1662

I can't figure out what's going on here.

I would just call the flop bet, anyway, and play my draw (back door flush and pairs).

I'll bet it has to do with the unrecognised characters in the users names. The translater probably choked on them.

I left the results off in case someone else (or you, too for that matter) might want to help me decide what was best to do here.

Thanks.

So C-Bet or no C-bet, that is the question.

Call the minbet and play pokah. C-betting in mulitway pots is a trickier proposition; unless you have good equity (either a made hand or a draw) or are playing against reasonable opponents and feel like they will likely fold if you bet to represent top pair, you're better off taking the free (cheap) card, especially in a tournament setting.

Call the small bet because of the pot size. Re-evaluate on the turn.

Yeah, that's what I did, but then (I think my mistake comes), you tell me before I tell yuo what I did after the turn. The turn brings: :5c:
SB: bets 280
Hero???

Should I fold?

I like raising more preflop. I'm not folding to that gay bet, reevaluate turn.

If the action is still multiway, I'd call again. Get it in if you hit on the river, otherwise fold.

Wow, not what I'd expect you to say. I folded.
No it wasn't multi-way. I folded,too.
I guess we'll never know.
Why multi-way only though. I just folded because I didn't "feel" another club coming. I did however consider calling because the other guy folded thinking he may NOT have been on the same (flush draw).
Interesting...
