I'd make a small value bet, like 1/3 pot.

His range includes a lot of worse pairs that might call.

I wussed out, I figured if he was semi-bluffing something on the turn it just got there, it's unlikely he holds a Q, so I checked behind. Villain shows 44 and MHIG but I feel like I missed a smidgen of value there, which appears to be the case.
