Raise more on the flop. You need to protect your hand. As played, I guess your turn call is ok, just as long as you can expect to stack him every time you fill up on the river. By the way, why are you shoving the river?

I wouldn't put him on a flush, but I would for sure be worried about the straight. If you really wanna see it down try betting something like $4 and if he raises you are for sure beat. It really sucks having to fold a set but nobody's gonna raise in that situation without at LEAST the small straight.

On the flop, you gave him the odds to call that. It was begging flush draw to call and on river its ova.

When I flop a set and there's a flush draw on the board, I typically lead out when I'm OOP. Much like TPTK, a set is vulnerable to flush and str8 possibilities. Regarding how you played the river:
