What the hell are you talking about, "kicker".

You have AAAKJ. Bet for god's sake. And bet the flop too.

You don't have a kicker. You have AAAKJ... the only non-boat hand you lose to is AQ (or QT.) Bet to charge draws and stubborn K's and J's. You chop with A2-AT, those hands are pretty unlikely but my point is that A8-AT are of no concern. Bet the flop, bet the turn... just keep on betting unless and until someone gives you reason to suspect your hand isn't good. Right now you only have a bunch of limps and checks, there's no reason to be scared here.

I bet 2/3 on the turn & got one caller (Chip). The river was a blank and I tanked. I figured there are too many hands that could bluff me off if I try a value bet. What would you do on the river there?

Bottom line, I guess is, am I willing to stack off on this hand?

Well I pussed out and checked the river. He bet like a 1/3 pot. I called and he flipped AQ.

I hope that's aimed at the "idiot" who limped along with AQ and not the idiot who paid him off on the river? The way I saw it, I was happy to still have most of my stack after this hand.
