Default Flush on a paired board; no reads on Villain

$25NL Full Tilt, effective stacks $25

Hero in MP

All fold to Hero, raise $0.75 (tight table, stealing lots of blinds)
Button raises to $1.25
(folds)
Hero calls $0.50

Flop:

Hero checks, Villain bets $2, Hero calls (I'm not putting Villain on J, I'm guessing he bets less to entice me to call. Maybe a K?)

Turn:

Hero?

Should we lead out or checkraise for value? I just don't believe I'm up against KJ or KK; these two hands let me have a free card on the turn. I'm interested on how you think I played the flop as well.

Your play seems good so far. Readless I think bet is probably best - c/r is far too strong - but yeah this board is going to suck for getting much value so just bet/bet I think and hope he calls with a K AA/AK are a strong possibility and I doubt he folds those.

I would lead out and hope he thinks you are just trying to represent, or he gets stubborn with a jack.

Meh, just bet. He will expect you to checkraise a flush.

I agree. I would not checkraise here. Leading out is best.

Agreed. You should only check raise when you're sure of two things, 1- that he'll bet AND 2- that he'll call the c/r. I don't think you can be sure of both here. You CAN be relatively sure that he'll call a bet though.
