Default Omaha hand.

Ax3y8x8z. Live

UTG limps. Hero calls because its a pulling hand. Should I raise here and try to get my 8's to hold up for high?
Anyway, 4 callers behind us.

Flop is T74. UTG checks. Hero bets? 2 callers.
Turn is a 9. Hero bets? 2 callers.
River is a 9. Hero checks.

Have you got a flush draw?

I don't see any reason to bet that.

Here's my thinking and tell me if I'm wrong. I think most high only hands will fold. KQJT/KQJJ and so forth. A low might fold if they have no shot at high and if they're only drawing with the A2, then I have backups with the 8's. No flush draws on the flop, it was rainbow.

Well looks like you're representing some sort of low draw and a little something, like top pair or 89.

Anyway, no. 4 callers behind and your eights are not good, like ever. You might have a little fold equity but you wouldn't bet a runner runner straight draw in hold em in a 6 player pot, would you?

I am also not thrilled about betting a second nut low draw in a pot this size.

No chance to scoop: no bet.

I'd probably check/call. I'd rather not play for a big pot with the second nut low draw. However, if the low comes, I'd still check/call and avoid being caught in a raising war. Cheap showdown is all I want out of this hand.
