Default So I do something stupid

I played two tourneys tonight. The Forum tourney and the $109 $25,000 guaranteed on Stars. I get a hand I can't let go of in the forum tourney.

Poker Stars, $10 + $1 NL Hold'em Tournament, 10/20 Blinds, 6 Players

Terminalnet (CO): 985
bigloser2448 (BTN): 2,105
Velar (SB): 1,250
Carrera911 (BB): 1,520
MewsicLovr (UTG): 1,490
ee577 (MP): 1,650

Pre-Flop: (30) 7 8 dealt to Terminalnet (CO)
2 folds, Terminalnet raises to 60, bigloser2448 folds, Velar calls 50, Carrera911 folds

Flop: (140) 6 9 Q (2 Players)
Velar checks, Terminalnet bets 125, Velar raises to 380, Terminalnet raises to 925 and is All-In, Velar calls 545

Turn: (1,990) Q (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: (1,990) 7 (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 1,990 Pot
Terminalnet showed 7 8 (two pair, Queens and Sevens) and LOST (-985 NET)
Velar showed K Q (three of a kind, Queens) and WON 1,990 (+1,005 NET)

This is typical it's not a bad beat or anything it's just I get put in a situation where I have to push and I don't catch. This is not my real concern anyway because I am still in the $109.00 and we are getting close to the money. Again I decide I am not here to just make the money I want to win. The guy who raises is raising alot and I know he is full of shit. I am hoping he will fold, but if he doesn't I feel like I am going to be in good shape. In fact when I saw his hand I couldn't believe how good of shape I was. We are down to 128 players at this point and 90 get paid.

This sends me over the edge and I decide it's time to join a $200.00 NL cash table.

The first hand I play. It's folded to me on the button.

Flop: ($403) J 8 8 (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

I folded the next hand pre-flop, then I raised UTG with KJo everyone folded and then I left. I feel much better now. In 6 minutes I made $254.00. Don't try this at home kids as it was a stupid thing to do, but sometimes stupid is what it takes.
