Default I played some real high stakes today

I sat down at the $1000.00 buy-in table. I played 15 minutes two rounds. I just wanted to say I did it. I won my first two hands in the blinds for about $170.00. Damn that was scary. I played two other hands. In one I completed my SB and it was check to the river I lost, and another where I called a 2x raise with 5:spade: 7:spade: and then the BB re-raised it about 10X and I folded.

The two hands I won. So I am now a winning player at $1000 NL. :)

You'd better find a way to get that money outta there before it burns a hole in your bankroll! :D

I've often thought about jumping into a table with Johnny on FTP for $50 or something so I could be the star of one of his famous shortstack stories, but thought better of it.

It appears that your opponents did not move up high enough to where you would respect their raises.

Don't worry I cashed out the biggest part of it. I now have the largest bankroll I have ever had online, I did not, however, leave enough to play that level. Even with everything I won I didn't have enough to play that level. So I am back to the $100 NL and $20 and $50 buyin tourneys.

You know that playing those tournies needs like a 5K working bankroll at least, right?
