Villain checkraises most flops. He flat calls nearly all my raises. When he doesn't checkraise he continuation bets. Basically, he's a shortstack pain in the ass. He just doubled up before this hand.

Obviously, I don't play this hand this way hardly ever. The special circumstances: over 300 hands villain PFR is 3%. His VP is 12. I didn't want to lay down AKs, but really the absolute worst hand I give him is QQ, maybe JJ. Obviously, I'm not worried about him having the straight. I figured, however, that by calling and checking I'd have a good chance of taking a small pot if the board was scary when i figure we have the same hand at best.
