Converter has BTN as $0 stack...

OK, might note F mr -> T push could be a bluff, but it is most likely a bad idea.

What else can you do? Villains run bluffs sometimes. But I'd question the flop call. Why not push?

I usually have a really good idea of the relative strength of my hand at any point, but I haven't had much experience with this situation. Underpair on the board, straight draw, flush draw. I felt that calling was the wrong thing to do but was running out of time and just pussied out to see the next card. I was rather at a loss, so I want to master the hand.

The thing is, after you call the flop, you're pretty boned on the turn. Gotta push or fold, and with an overpair on this flop I think there is a lot of value in pushing.

Well how often do you have to be right to make pushing here valuable? I mean you could be dead now, or you could be against a huge draw, so how many times do you push and he folds to make it enough? On the other hand it is very difficult to fold to a min-raise with an overpair especially cuz it could easily be an Axs hand. Tough decision and my only real advice would have to depend on the villain. Like Ugi said tho only problem is you call, he bets turn (on any card) and you almost have to fold. It probably is a push/fold on the flop. I don't know which is correct tho. Wish Cavman was around to give some advice on this hand b/c I get very confused in these hands myself and default to a call (which is probably the worst thing) b/c on the turn you are in even worse shape when he bets again.

I think a lot of people with KQ, a naked Q, AQ will call a push on this flop. I don't know if there are many huge draws other than :9s: :Ts:, don't forget Johnny holds the :Ks:.

If you held KQ...that's a LOT harder.

He checkraised 2 players where you could likely have a Jack, so I´d credit him with something decent. Only thing is why dores he only raise minimum, most good players wouldn´t do with trips, and wouldn´t checkraise with a Queen. The fact that there are 2 players means you could be up against a Jack, but if this were HU I think I let him spew his chips off to me, as a minraise is as often bullshit as it is a monster. Guy is obviously a muppet, note it and move on.

I am snap callling the turn vrs a shortstack considering the pot size. You have the overcards and the only hand you're really scared of here is Jx.

If I knew that he likes to bluff/semibluff and would follow up on the turn, I'd plain call the flop, otherwise push.
