I just hit the ground a couple hours ago. The the tired and still half drunk version of the trip goes like this.

Jason has a private plane and I fly out with him, Juan and Bernie. We play B52 on the way out and I win $250. I'm having a great trip already.

Arrive in Tunica, call Randy, take rental car to Hollywood casino, recognize everyone on sight from pics and grab a seat. Biggle and Terminal are playing LIMIT and Randy is in the tournament that they've busted out of. I sit down with my buddies at the NL table and order a glass of wine and start playing like a maniac. I play almost every hand and get action whenever I hit. I drink way too much and stay up until I pretty much bust the table. I bust most of my friends. I am hitting sick cards, gutshots after stupid calls etc. I'm belligerent drunk and I remember asking Randy's wife to come over and watch me bust him about 30 times. I didn't ever bust him. I think I won a pot from Terminal and I may have even busted Biggle , I really can't remember.

I was ordering wine as fast as they could bring them. Then Randy, Biggle, Jason and Juan all started ordering them for me and I would just swig the old one when a new one came. My liver was hiding under the bed at noon when I woke up Saturday. I don't remember any hands from this day.

The next day we eat Breakfast with Biggle and he teaches us to play credit card roulette. We all give the waitress a credit card and have her shuffle them behind her back and pull them out one at a time. Everyone has to sweat it until his card comes out. You have no idea how much we loved this. We couldn't wait to do it again. I was still in a daze but Biggle's card was the first out and I think I had to pay.

I start the Saturday 2pm tournament, $70 plus a $50 add on. Bernie, Jason, Juan and Biggle all join too. I'm at a table with Bernie (57 ish donkey, real estate broker/developer). I play 0 hands for the first two levels and I decide to steal with QT when the blinds are 50/100. I raise to $300 and get called by the button and the SB. I flop top pair and I bet $500, both call. I turn top two pair and I push. Both call and show straights. GG me. I go upstairs for a nap. When I come back down I buy half of Juan's action for $70 and he places 5th to get me $10 profit on my investment. Nothing for my own buy in. :(

I play some more NL and win around $130. Then I think that everyone is throwing their hands in because of a misdeal and I throw my pocket 9s in face up. The table looks at me like I'm a retard and they explain that it was just folded to me. :banghead:

Then I slow the game down 3 or 4 times by not paying attention so I just get up and leave. I walk to a $5 blackjack table and sit down. I start playing crazy (not bad blackjack but I'm betting too much and overtipping which is fun when you are winnning). I leave up $180.

I go back to the NL table (it's 1/2 which is the only one at the Hollywood) and win a little more. Then Juan finally busts from the tournament. and we all go to eat. I learn that Biggle is at the Gold Strike with Terminal so we go there since the steakhouse at the Hollywood is booked for the next 4 hours.

We show up at the Gold Strike and say hi to the limit donkeys (Biggle and Terminal). The restaurant is booked there too but we talk to the poker host and get reservations without ever playing a hand. While we wait we help them start a new 3/5 NL game. The rest of the folks on the list are at a good 1/2 table and won't leave so I end up playing with Jason, Juan, and Mo (a guy who looked like Barry Greenstein). So it's like the home game with a guest and shorthanded. The floor comes over and we ask to play 1/2 but she wants the higher stakes table so she says no rake until we get 6 players.

I steal a couple hands from my friends and show the bluffs. Then Juan starts stealing like crazy. I call his raise from the BB with 97o and the flop comes out 935. I bet $20 and he calls. The turn is another 3 and I reach for chips, as I reach he says, "go all in!" so I shove about $175 and he instacalls and shows KK. I get sick for about 3 seconds and the river is a 9. SUCKOUT! I apologize, laugh and then he reloads.

Later I'm in a hand with Mo and I take a stab and get raised. He announces raise and puts the bet out with some extra chips in his hand, he drops the extra and goes back to his stack once, twice, three times and the dealer tells him it's a string bet and calls the floor. I tell them both that I'm folding but that i think he's right since he said raise and I want to hear what the floor says. Floor says he can't do it and we both disagree. I fold.

I asked the dealers and floor later at the Hollywood and they also agreed with me.

Later I'm in a hand with Jason and the flop comes out KKA and I raise his bet with J8o. He sighs and puts his head in his hands and says, "just tell me if you have a king so I can save some money." (evidently I busted him with K2 the night before on a similar flop when he had an ace). I tell him that I had a King and we talk for while. I finally convince him that I do have a King and he shows AQ as he mucks it. I show my junk and he threatens to leave me in Tunica when they fly back. He is still bitching about that hand and I am trying to explain that it's not a sin to lie at the poker table. This is a sore topic with him for the next two days.

We go eat some great food and play credit card roulette for the $225 bill. I win and pay the tip to be nice. Juan and Jason agree to split because they were the last two in.

Back to the Hollywood and I win another $100 ish at the poker table. Then I take a break to play some more black jack with Bernie and Jason. We have blast and I have a few drinks and start betting $25-$50 per hand which is retarded. When I'm down $300 I put my last $100 on the table planning to leave and post a bet for the dealer of $5. I get AA and have a sick feeling when I reach in my pocket to split them. I lose both and then bet lose the remainder on a couple tilty hands. I'm down $500 in BJ and I can't lose at anything else. GEEZ!

I go back to the poker table. I'm not really rested but there are a couple maniacs there and it looks promising. I watch Juan get his money in good with trips and bust to a suckout. Then he reloads to $200 and pushes when he flops two pair. Maniac calls a 3X pot bet with a flush draw and hits on the river. Counting the one against me Juan has felted three times with the best hand. He walks off in a daze. I stay at the table until Biggle calls retarded drunk. I turn down the invite to go to a strip club and suggest that it's a dumb idea. :)

Biggle calls again and hands the phone to one of Terminal's friends. I'm in the BB and have to hang up. I fold and he calls right back. I tell him to come over and I consider the strip club for about .003 seconds and decide it's a bad idea. I'm carrying way too much cash to go there. Biggle shows up drunker than I was the night before and hangs out for about an hour before going to bed. He needs it.

I stay up all night and finally catch maniac with a couple hands. The idiot had gone from $200 to $600 to $0 to $1300 to about $50 when I left the table. I was up $500 ish (welcome back the money I lost in BJ).

I stumble to the diner and eat some eggs and get to the room about 8 am. I am hurting. I crash and jackass friends wake me up at around 10:30. Evidently we changed our plans and we are leaving at 11:00 am. OMG my head hurts!

We played B52 again on the ride back and I stayed about even for most of the trip. I wanted to sleep but my degenerate buddies wouldn't let me stop gambling. We landed at the airport in Conroe (tiny private deal) and we go to the lounge and keep playing. I brought a box of wine in for my headache since there was no aspirin and we played B52 until about an hour after the Texans game was over. Near the end the pot size was pretty sick and we all called a $250 pot. I had trips and they both have to match. No one wants to play a $500 pot so we chop that and I get home with $1048 profit from all gambling endeavors on the trip (not including CC roulette).

I think Juan was down a small amount since he won some money before the bad suckouts and he made some at B52. Jason was only down $250 ish which wasn't bad considering he lost a pot that big in B52. Bernie had played craps so he was down over $1500 of his donkey money and he wasn't that happy.

This is officially my best casino trip ever because of the money and the company. I didn't get to spend that much time with Terminal but I talked to Randy a good bit and Biggle of course has me addicted to gambling on my food.

I'm tired and I hope to remember some hands when I get myself awake tomorrow. I think Bernie had some pics of us but I don't remember any other cameras around.

PS: The next forum trip may very well be at my house. I can probably find more poker players than some of the casinos had, plus I don't rake the pot.

First of all I wasn't going to soft play him or anyone else anyhow but he basically told me that he had an ace and wanted me to either check it down for the split or let him out cheap if I had a K. From my perspective, I'm trying to think of a way to not lose the $50 that I just threw into the pot since I have neither a K or an A. I have to lie to him.

Biggle Perspective:

I would like to apologize to the forum about the lack of pictures, but who has time for that when there's gambling to be done.

I leave Friday morning and arrive in Tunica about 2pm. Meet Randy and his lovely wife Doranna. We eat lunch. No credit card roulette, but Randy and I play dollar poker for the bill. (Pull random bill from wallet and use serial number to make a hand. Winning hand eats free). My 44488 beats Randy's 11166. We wander over to the Hollywood room and get on the list. Crappy room in my opinion. Very loud and only 1-3 tables ever going at a time. However, the staff is very friendly.

Terminal shows up with his friends a little later. TK and Nick. I actually play quite a bit of poker against TK during the weekend. He's a fun guy and I beat him in about every pot we played. Terminal took all that money being the luckbox that he is.

I didn't really keep good records on the weekend, but I was down overall. I was either even or up $100 in 3/6. -100 in NL thanks to Eruu busting me and -200 in tourney buyins (lost every flip I was in). Friday night I leave the table for a buffet and when I come back, Nick and TK are up huge in the game. $500 and $300 respectively. I regret leaving the table as soon as I see why they're up so much. There are 2 maniacs capping every hand preflop and then 3-betting most flops. The 2 maniacs probably go off for about $1300 combined. I get a little of it.

Saturday: Play a little at Hollywood and start drinking a little. I'm a little buzzed when Mike calls and says their headed to the Gold Strike. I tag along. This room is much nicer. More tables and quieter, however I'm still disappointed with the game selection in Tunica thus far. More games and more limit choices here in STL which surprises me. Could've been a fluke though, who knows.

OK, back to the Gold Strike. Finally, cute cocktail girls. This may have led to extra alcohol consumption. Anyway at this point I'm getting a little beligerent at the table. I don't think I was annoying anyone, but I think one of these days I'm going to get kicked out of a casino. I make a crazy stone ass bluff against 3 people and for some reason it works. Our crew decides to leave, which is good in hind sight because my head is really swirling at this point. They drop me off at the Hotel. I go find John and yell at him for a bit before passing out in my room.

I think every free card play worked all weekend, but every time it missed, ARGH.

Sunday: Play at Sam's Town for a few hours. I win the 'splash the pot' promotion. The casino puts $50 in the pot preflop at all the tables. One guy at our table folds preflop. Lol. I river top pair and take the nice pot. I end up 175 which was best session of the weekend. I really had planned on playing higher this weekend, but never found a good opportunity to do so. There was a 5/10 game going at the GS, but I was too drunk to play that.

I didn't lick the poker chips. I just picked them up and rubbed them all over my face and got up on the table and rolled around in them and laughed at all the people I won them from. I may have slightly licked a couple of the big ones .
