Let's see what I remember. We arrive around 3:30 and we have to wait around for about 15 minutes for them to start another 1/2 NL table. Nick, the guy that went me to Tunica was kicking my ass. I can't really remember many hands but I do know he took a couple of nice pots off me.
The biggest pot I lost was when I raised from the button with KQ, $10.00 I think.. The BB along with a couple limpers called. The flop is K99. Everybody checks to me, and I bet about $25.00. The BB calls everyone else folds. The turn is a blank, and bb checks to me again, I bet $40.00 and then he goes all-in. The guy tells me to save my money and fold. I only have about $28.00 left at this point. I have to look him up and he flips over 99. that's the only hand I remember, but when I left the table to join the Tourney I was down $99.00.
The tourney was a $100.00 buy-in bounty tourney $20.00 going for the bounty. They lowered the buy-in, it had been $125.00. They also started taking $5.00 from each person towards the bad beat and jackpot hands. ON previous trips the tourneys were not eligible for Jackpot hands. I figured these changes along with the lower buy-in were going to make the tourney bigger. It actually turned out to be smaller. We had 14 players, every tourney I had been in previously had at least 25. Only the top two paid. Again I can't remember many hands. By the tie we got down to 5 I was a pretty big chip leader. I went on a card rush and won several hands in a row. In one hand it's folded to me in the SB. The BB is severely short stacked, he only has about 2BBs left. I look down at 73, I know he is going to call but I go ahead and put him all in thinking I might get lucky. He calls and flips up something like Q9. The flop has a 7 and a 3, and then another 3 on the turn for the boat.

Our home game had a pretty good showing, when it got down to the final 4 it was me, Rob, Nick,( the two guys that came with me), and the chip leader from the other table. The chip leader from the other table basically did nothing but sit on his chips until we get to the final 3. Nick ended up taking out Rob, and then the other guy hit a boat against Nick's trips to take him out. So when we get to final two I have a slight chip lead. I play him a few hands and see it's going to take awhile and I really hate heads up play, so we agree to split.
I then go back to the 1/2 NL table and have a pretty good run. My biggest hand of the night comes when I have KJs on the button. I have about $225.00 in front of me at this point. It's limped to me and I make it $10.00 to go. I get one caller. The caller is a OK player but a bit of a calling station. The flop is QT3 the Q and 3 are my suit. So I have an OESD and a flush draw. The guy checks it to me and I bet about $20.00. He thinks a bit and calls. The turn is a blank. He checks to me again. I then bet $50.00, hoping he will fold. He then starts talking to himself, saying he thinks I am chasing the flush, Pretty good read. Anyway after about 2 or 3 minutes he decides to push all-in.

It's going to be $100.00 and something for me to call. I had only bought in once and I had him covered, if I lose I still have about $30.00, and with the tourney win I figure I am still up for the evening. So I say fuck it and call. He has QJ. A beautiful 9 comes on the river and I bust the guy. He wasn't happy but took it pretty well.
