Default Live NLHE is stoopid.

I don't think I've ever had a winning session (5 sessions). I play cash games way too much like tourneys and shove in stupid spots. Also, last night when I played I was clearly outclassed by the table. The game was uber tight and people played pretty well postflop. My friend won 1k in the game though so that was fun to see him do that. To be fair to myself though, I think this is the first time I've ever played sober.

Yeah, I just logged another losing sober session.

Seriously, I don't like drinking too much at cash games where I don't know the people though.

It's a good idea to just leave if you feel outclassed by the table. Especially if you are short.

Otherwise, concentrate on your breathing and blink rate. Don't try to think about too many things apart from your next few actions, don't try to pick up tells, just make yourself unreadable.

Don't forget some people are very good.

I had my second winning live NLHE session the other night, now I'm 2 for 3. Beat: Only won 10 bucks, still down overall in live (non homegame) play

I've had some winning sessions, especially locally. But I've had a lot more losing sessions.
