I copied the structure from the place I played last week to lure the fish back to my home game. We had a $20 tournament with unlimited rebuys for an hour and a single add on at the end of an hour. Everyone showed up and played loose. I had 10 players to start the tournament and the total pool ended up at $560. I we chopped 3 ways so we could start the cash game and I ended up with $200. I never had to rebuy because I called an early shove with AJo preflop and sucked out to beat AQ and 88. Once the rebuys were over most players had no clue and I coasted to the cash.
When the cash game started it was very good. we had an assortment of weak players at the table but most didn't stay to lose much. Juan's brother Edgar was there playing short stacked. I sucked out to bust him with 72o in a $120 pot and staked him so he could play. He turned the $100 stake into almost $250 but I ended up winning most of that back and finally busting him. Although I technically lost the stake it wasn't that bad since it came back to me. I kept teasing him that there was more than one way for me to get my money back. From 1:30 am to 6 am everyone else was gone and it was deep stack poker with the Bell boys. Jerry, Ernie and I played until I had to go to bed. I played loose but felt like I was playing well. We all agreed that the three way action wasn't very profitable but it was much more challenging and a lot of fun in it's own way. At least we kept the focus on poker and didn't let anything slow the game down. I finished with a little over $1300 profit. Ernie finished ahead. I'm not sure what Jerry lost but it wasn't that much. Most of the money came from the tournament players who hung around to play cash afterwards.

Wow I salivate when tourny players are in cash games. Never realized how fucking bad they are.
