I tried to cut off my finger.
Today I decided that cutting my thumb on the onion slicer just wasn't quite enough, I needed more. The raw meat knife should do. Sharpened first though! Needless to say I succeeded. After painting the kitchen red with my blood I managed to drive my boss' manual car 1 handed to the hospital to get it seen too. Yay, no parks closer than 200 metres away from the ED! I rambled incoherently to the receptionist "... cut finger... lots blood... feel sick..." they wrapped my finger up and allowed me to lie down in a cubicle. 3 hours in the hospital and 4 stitches later...

Ya I definitely plan to. Not allowed to remove the dressing for a while though so pics of the finger might be a few days away. I wanted to take photos with my phone at the hospital but unfortunately in my hurry to get to the hospital I actually left my wallet and phone at work. Don't worry, this thread will deliver!!
