I don't know if any of you read the "Strat E-mails" that Full Tilt sends out all the time. 99.999% of the time, it's all stuff that I already know, thanks mostly to this place or from some of the books I've read. Today's was no exception, but I had to post this to poke fun at Clonie Gowen. She tried to explain how to figure out the odds of hitting a drawing hand on the fly at the table. LOL at her butchering & overcomplicating the rule of 4 and 2 here:

"Multiply times two". What the hell kind of English is that? It's no surpise to me that so many of the young college "kids" are taking the poker world by storm. I didn't know, for example, that Daniel N. was a high school drop out. I mean I know that there are plenty of smart people who never went to college and plenty of "dumb" harvard grads, but I'm just sayin'...

neh, I don't know why but I think I respect her playing the least of all the ladies... No wait, right after Jennifer Tillly.

Gowen, I think is probably the most aggressive, but she doesn't seem to use it at the right times from what I've seen.

But yeah, she has great hair.
