I guess you would have to PM Randy or somesuch. The tutors can add students to their group and then they can see the tutor's personal forum but I think only tutors and admins can see the tutors area.

She'll correct me if I'm wrong, but I think LW was trying to make a point, and a good one, IMO. If someone is new to the forum and sees this, they may get put off if they can't request tutoring as instructed. i Dunno

It's a good point. The description doesn't represent what it's being used for, which is either for Randy to post to communicate something to the tutors or to discuss who would like to help a student if they don't request someone specific. So, the forum should be cleaned out and made public in order for it to match the description and the tutors should have an additional forum to coordinate themselves. Thanks LW.
