Default PMs in the OutBox...

Not a suggestion or Complaint, but I think it goes here...

I've noticed that PMs stay in the "outbox" for a pretty irregular amount of time. Is that because it stays there until the recipient reads it? Or something else.

I guess I never "PM'd" much on other sites to know if this is normal or not.
Just curious.

PM's stay in the outbox until read by the recipient.
