I couldn't write about this last night I had to walk away from the computer and I never went back. I decided to start out playing two tourneys last night. I joined the $11.00 $40,000 guaranteed, normally only $20,000 but PS is doubling all the guarantees this week, and a $11.00 18 player SNG. I am doing well in the SNG, not much going on in the MTT and about 45 minutes in on both. In the MTT I have lost about half my stack, but the blinds are still low so nothing to be concerned about. I am UTG and I have 33. I limp, figuring someone is going to raise, it was a fairly aggressive table. Sure enough the button makes it 4X, so I call. We are heads up. The flop 9x 3x 2x. So I check, the button has been really LAG, so I am sure he will bet and he doesn't disappoint, in fact he goes all-in. I am a little concerned but I figure I am not going to lay down a set to this type player so I call. He has AA, turn is a blank, A on the river. He had me covered and I am out. The very next hand on the SNG, have not had time to get over that and I am in the BB with 99. I get about 3 limpers so I make it 5x to go. I get one caller from the monkey boy who seeing about 90% of the flops.. He is the Button, also very aggressive after flop. the flop is 9 8 3. Again I figure if I check he is going to bet at it. Sure enough he bets out half his stack, and I tank and request time hoping I can get him to put in the rest. I go all-in and he calls. He has J6s. He doesn't even have a flush draw. I have him covered, as I am about third in chips and we are down to 10. I am thinking I should at least make the money in this one. He gets runner runner for straight. I am down to about 4x the BB now, I finally end up having to put it all-in with J8s, just before the BB hits me again. I end up against A4 and I go out in 10th. This kinda of shit is happening alot lately, I wish the live rooms were closer. I would like to take a break from on-line for a bit.

I feel your pain bro. I've played mostly MTTs and SnGs for the last month or so since I really can't devote the time right now to sit down at cash tables long enough to feel comfortable.

All recent aipf hands in SnGs or MTTs:
QQ < A4o (Which I'd be fine with if an Ace fell, but no, 5687 before the river!) ,
AA = KTo (Split pot after flopping top set!)
AK < 74o (Flop: AKx, turn 7, river 7!)
KK < 24o (Flop A53!)

That QQ hand was crazy. We're about 25% left from 300 people in a $5 buyin MTT. 1/2 the freaking table limps to me in the BB and since I didn't have enough chips to raise effectively, I shove. The only guy I have covered calls with A4o (phew), gets 4 runners to his straight and fills the chat window with "Thank you's" to all the donks that just congradulated him on his well played hand.

This is just so stupid, it doesn't even make sense. Tough break, just to make you feel better, I've been getting raped at Omaha.

I didn't quite remember it right he was SB and he bet into my set, with what can only be described as a bluff. Then he puts in the rest when I go over him. All he has is a gut shot

2 folds, BTN calls 100, SB calls 50, Hero raises to 500, BTN folds, SB calls 400

Flop: (1,100) 9 8 5 (2 Players)
SB bets 600, Hero raises to 1,620 and is All-In, SB calls 530 and is All-In
