Last night,despite the couple of beats I posted, I managed to finish less than 2 buyins down. I estimate about $200 dollars in Sklansky bux lost though, so I'm a bit miffed as they were all to 2-4 outers in big pots. Oh well, today is another day.

Today, got involved in 3 or 4 big pots, doubled up across a couple of tables, but the other 4 were going nowhere, and I had a turn checkraise all in bluff from me (holding ATo) called by the BB fish with AQ high. That made me feel quite sick, but I'm glad I didn't tilt too much.

I did get very angry later on when some deepstack donk (we both had $90+ on the table) limped :Kc: :Kh: on the button and I checked :Jc: :Ts: from the BB.

I potted it, he minraised, I called, prolly to fold to a big turn bet.

I 3x checkraised his 2/3 pot bet and was pretty sure 2 pair was best now. Put him on maybe the diamond draw, a worse 2 pair, or just TPTK.

Awful card, they always seem to be on Party. I bet 55% pot, planning to fold to a raise but he just calls. I trash talk for a few and then tell him I'm gonna have to leave before I damage the monitor in the spot he is sitting. He was dutch. There are few nations left to encounter my savage tongue at the tables. I'm personally hoping that a Belgian sux out on me next since the only decent Belgian is clearly van Damme, and even he is marginal.

So 657 hands today, hour and a halfs work 6 tabling, and finished about half a buyin down. I am playing much better at the nl$50 than I was at the $100 and plan to move back up soon. My game needed a bit of a retooling and I think I am nearly done, just waiting to add a few more buyins so my online roll is sufficient. It's currently at at just over 18 buyins for the $100 game, but I'd like to get it to about 22/23 and drop back down to the $50 if it drops below 20. I know I'm leaving money on the table by playing lower tha I can beat, but I have a problem with playing long sessions and the $50 is helping me to remedy that, less stress. So for now it will do.

@Ugi Agreed, I do not know how the German's prosper. My thoughts are that they cooler other European natives and slowly grind it all back to the Party machine through the rake, hence Party continues to help them to suck out. But I will carry forth the fight against them. You're making me consider transferring some cash to Stars, but I don't like the software for multitabling, I find the stacks too difficult to read once I resize the tables. Maybe I will try and get used to it at some point though.

Edit: I was pissed off and had a little time before work, so I quickly hopped on to 9 table. Managd to win a coinflip when Button 4 bet my 3 bet from the BB with QQ and called my shove. Finished the session up a buyin. Tomorrow is my day off, and so I will probably try to get in quite a few hands. Should be fun :wink: .

There was something in the air yesterday. I saw so many donk plays get rewarded last night it was sick.

Last night was my first nice winning session in 3 months, so what does that tell ya! :P Crazy stuff like limp with 88, flop comes A8x, big blind pushes $200 with A6. My set actually holds up. That hasn't happend in so long... I think I might have shed a tear.
