Default June Results, July Goals...

Sick, Sick, Sick. That's the only word I can use to describe this month. But a good sick.

After a record May, my goal for June was to take a shot at the $6.50 18-Man SnGs. I took a small (8 buyin) shot earlyish in the month and failed miserably, so I moved back down to the $3.40's to save up to take a bigger shot. That 2nd shot started Saturday and has gone well so far, VERY well.

$3.40 18-Mans:
310 games, 24% ROI = +$253
Here's the $3.40 graph for June:

$6.50 18-Mans:
57 games, 63.2% ROI = +$234
Here's the combined $3.40 and $6.50 graph:

Obviously this ROI at the $6.50's is not sustainable. But it sure is nice to catch a super-heater just as you move up.

Goal for July:
1.Work towards getting/keeping over buyins in the bankroll & possibly make my 1st ever official withdrawal.
2. Maybe Ship Silver again (if I can get in enough volume)

Congrats on a great month BigL!

I had a weird month in which I start with cashing out most of my money to force myself at lower stakes, then I ran hot and because of the bounced check cashed out even more which only doom switched me.

I played alot of the 18 man tournaments, 13% ROI at the 3.40 mans, for 200 games. But I also dropped down to the 1.75s for a bit to regain my roll. I also got back into the DONs, first at the $1 DONs just to remember them and then back to the $5s. Even with a small sample size I have no doubt that I could go back to ~10% ROI there but I'm finding them rather borring to play 100% of the time so I've been mixing in the 18 mans with them. I now have a decent enough roll for the 3.40 18 mans and the 5 DONs which are like butter.

Overall was positive $120 (which is better then negative) plus the free monies $125 from poker stars for the bounced check.

Outstanding month BigL!

My month was pretty frustrating. I basically have had back-to-back downswings that resulted in a breakeven stretch of over 80k hands and 20 buy-ins lost from peak to trough. In the closing week and a half I did manage to get back in the black for the month though, I thought for sure it would be a losing month for me. Goals for next month are 35k hands, clearing my $525 ironman bonus. The hands might or might not go higher but I plan to play fewer tables.

This plus ~$1340 in rakeback.

Great work BigL!

Nice comeback Mirage!

I'm playing for another hour, ha. Didn't play much this month between taking time off for the trip and knowing I'm going to be playing a ton in July. Currently down a buyin for the month plus a hefty bankroll hit from the tournament.

Just 553 hands for me and a whopping $2.95 in profit! Another positive month! (That beats May's 34 hands!)

Thanks Darin.

And Holy Shit, man. Congrats on the new house! It's no secret that it's my goal to follow in your footsteps (well, sort of), so it's really awesome to know this kind of success is possible.
