So I just heard Chan Poker is dead.

They moved all in on bottom pair.

Yeah my buddy Brandon is the Poker Room manager there, long story short is that they couldn't get any players there. US players can't play there, so that's all there is to it..

they are opening up a new room on the Merge Network, which is already watered down enough IMO... Brandon is a good guy and a Poker Players, so he is supposed to give us a special deal there.

I believe that Jamie Gould is a better player than many people think, at least for tournaments.
He certainly has guts. However, he is extremely obnoxious, and previous behavior indicates probably dishonest, so he is just another very obnoxious person who has been successful in life. Not the type of person I would root for.

One of his flaws is that he likes the action, and there is a chance he could go broke.

I dont think he isthat good I mean atthe wsop2006 he got pretty lucky and in 2007 I saw some hands and he was tryingto bluff everyone and noone believed him at all.And I think he relies on luck (in 2007 he went allin with Q9,the hand he won in 2006)
