Is this kinda thing very normal at these stakes?

Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 8 Players

UTG+1: $9.35
MP1: $6.12
MP2: $9.52
CO: $9.54
BTN: $8.19

Pre-Flop: :Ks :Ac dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, CO calls $0.05, BTN calls $0.05, SB raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $1, 2 folds, SB calls $0.70

Flop: ($2.10) :Ad :Qd :8s (2 Players)
SB bets $3.10 and is All-In, Hero calls $3.10

Turn: ($8.30) :Ad :Qd :8s [ :5d ] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: ($8.30) :Ad :Qd :8s :5d [ :Th ] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $8.30 Pot ($0.40 Rake)
SB showed :Qs :Kd (a pair of Queens) and LOST (-$4.10 NET)
Hero showed :Ks :Ac (a pair of Aces) and WON $7.90 (+$3.80 NET)

Against any other player I might have let it go, but this guy was drooling all over the place and already lost like $15 while I as sitting there. All-in pf with 66, KTo, and 22 just to name a few!

Reraised pot, holding AK, A hi flop... get it in every time for 100bbs. Heck, this guy only has like 82, that's even easier.

Sure, some A-hi flops will be prettier than others, but as a rule of thumb if you see a flop in a reraised pot with AK, felt it every time for 100bb's or less and feel good about it.
