MewsicLovr, the creator of the original Cake HH converter, is indeed an admin on this site. However, he got tired of keeping up with Cake's constant changes in their HH format, so he stopped updating it. He did release the source code for it, and it is publicly available; there's a link to it in the 2p2 thread you must have glossed over. Here it is:
